SHIPPING POLICY

When you place an order online there is the option to select collection at Fakenham, Norfolk or delivery to your home address.

Orders will be dispatched the next working day when items are in stock. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted to confirm estimated delivery dates.

At CS Pets, we offer free UK Next Day shipping on all orders over £50. Shipping costs for orders under £50 will be calculated at checkout.
